Did 5sos break up?

5sos has not parted ways, as the band recently thanked fans for voting for their song, Teeth, to win the Song of the Year award at the ARIA Awards.

Popular Australian rock group, 5 Seconds of Summer, now commonly known as 5sos, recently walked away with the Song of the Year award for their chart-topping single, Teeth, at the 2020 Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Awards. To thank their fans for voting for the single, the group posted a video on Twitter, which revealed that they have not disbanded.

The video was shared on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, and acted as a show of solidarity to rubbish the unfounded reports on their supposed breakup. As part of the thread on Twitter, the group’s thank you message was signed off with the signature C.A.L.M. The abbreviation, which is often used by the group, is derived from the first letter of each group member’s name; Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings and Michael Clifford.
