Who is Keicho Nijimura?
In the fourth instalment of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure titled “Diamond is Unbreakable”, Keicho Nijimura is established as a minor antagonist.
However, his storyline is influential as he and his older brother, Okuyasu are the leaders of the miniature army called Bad Company.
The brothers started this army after Keicho became the first in Morioh to possess the Bow and Arrow to create other Stands.
How did Keicho get a Stand Arrow?
In JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’s fourth instalment, the most powerful item introduced into the story is the Bow and Arrow.
These are magic items that become a major plot-driving force for the season due to their role as the source of many new Stand users.
Created over 50 000 years before the action that took place in “Diamond is Unbreakable”, the Arrows were created from a meteorite that landed on earth.
The meteorite was believed to have carried a virus that could kill off humanity, and those who survived would gain powers or Stands, as stated in the show.
The mob boss, Diavolo, initially owned the Arrows and only kept one and sold the rest to Enya the Hag.
Enya the Hag then either sold or gave the Arrows to other people, including one of which he gave to Keicho Nijimura, who was the first in Morioh to be in possession of the Bow and Arrow and give himself a Stand.
Keicho was able to do this by learning about his connection to Enya through his father and, in extension, the DIO, which was created by Enya.
Why did Keicho obtain a Bow and Arrow?
Keicho is believed to have obtained the Bow and Arrow and established the Bad Company to awaken a Stand that could end his father’s suffering.
What is wrong with Keicho’s father?
Keicho’s father was deformed and lost his ability to speak due to the distrust from the DIO after he sold his soul and heart.
When the DIO died, the seed that he had planted in his father resulted in his deformity and his tendency to always revert to his miserable state.
