Identify reasons for change

Before attempting change, think about the objective behind your change. Write this down for reference and motivation.

Identify areas you wish to change

Changing your whole life is great, however, it is broad. Try narrowing your change down to one specific area of your life. This will help you focus better and be motivated. For example, you may wish to change the status of your physical health. Being able to identify an area of change helps you plan accurate and plausible goals to help you enact change.

Reach out to others

Once you have identified a specific area in your life which requires change, start connecting with other people who are more knowledgeable in that area. For example, should you wish to change your physical appearance, you could consult  a dietitian to help you plan healthy meals or visit a beauty therapist for other options. Similar to careers, you could reach out to people who are experts to help you out.

Face your fears

We all have an inner critic voice which whispers negative thoughts and instilling fear in us. Take a leap of faith and face any fear you may be dealing with. This will help you achieve things you considered impossible, and start living life bravely and boldly.
