SK denies the allegations made by two separate TikTok users that he cheated on Raven while they were filming season 3 of Love Is Blind.
The third season of Love Is Blind follows a similar format to the previous season, but it features all-new couples competing for their chance at true love.
SK and Raven, who did not end up getting married on the show, have been surrounded by rumours that SK cheated on Raven while they were filming, but he claims that these allegations are false.
Love Is Blind season three
The third season of the hit reality dating show, Love Is Blind, aired on 19 October 2022. This season of the show featured the same format as previous seasons whereby different couples engage in new relationships to find love.
The critical moment in each season comes when the couples meet at the altar, where both parties have the opportunity to decide whether they want to say, “I do” or “I do not”.
The five couples on Love Is Blind season three who managed to make it to the day of their wedding include: Alexa and Brennon, Zanab, and Cole, Raven and SK, Nancy and Bartise, and Colleen and Matt.
Love Is Blind: Did SK cheat on Raven?
The first wedding to take place on this third season of the show was between Raven Ross and Sikiru “SK” Alagbada. Many fans were unsure of whether the two would actually end up getting married by their wedding in episode nine.
Raven is a Pilates instructor and SK is a data engineer who was born in Nigeria.
Although these two got along well in the pods, out in the real world, it became evident that they were just too different from each other to have a meaningful long-term relationship. This is why SK ended up deciding not to marry Raven at the altar.
However, at the reunion episode of the third season, which aired on 9 November 2022, the couple revealed that although they had left the show single and on their own journeys, they decided to try and rekindle their romance one last time.
This was, however, short-lived as Raven and SK both announced their split on Instagram on 21 November 2022.
This split caused uproar in the Love Is Blind community, as two separate women had come forward on TikTok to accuse SK of cheating on Raven while he was filming season three of the show in 2019.
In fact, one of the women even claimed that he admitted that his relationship with Raven was just for show and was only to get money.
However, SK and Raven both denied these cheating allegations in their joint Instagram announcements, and they even said that legal action would be taken against the accusers for their false statements.
Raven and SK’s relationship on the show
Initially, Raven and SK really struggled to form a bond outside of the pods and later, when they were among the other couples on the show.
It was evident to many fans that Raven had a stronger connection with Bartise than she did with SK, her fiancé.
Ultimately, Raven and SK decided to embark on a long-distance marriage before SK shocked and hurt Raven by not saying “I do” at the altar. Not many fans were shocked when they broke up again after the cheating allegations.
About the cheating allegations against SK
The rumours that SK cheated on Raven started even before the couple announced that they had broken up.
Initially, two TikTok users, named @emmwho9 and @hannahbethstyle, posted now-deleted TikTok videos early in November of 2022.
In the videos, they told their stories of how SK had been involved with them when he was supposed to be filming the third season of Love Is Blind.
However, SK has explained that he and Raven had left the show as just friends and were free to date other people before they decided to give their relationship another try by the time that the reunion episode happened, even though @hannahbethstyle seemingly has evidence to the contrary.
How is Raven handling their break-up?
Although it is always sad to see a couple who was once in love on the show break up so soon after their season ended, Raven seems to be handling her split from SK well.
Before their joint statement was released, Raven responded to the cheating rumours that she would stick by SK, but after their break-up, she has not addressed the rumours directly again.
However, she did post a video saying that she would be spending Thanksgiving with her cat and that she was getting back into exercising after everything that had happened.
