MiWay Life shares tips on how to lower cholesterol levels

South African life insurance agency, MiWay Life, has shared a blog post on how customers can lower their cholesterol, subsequently decreasing their monthly premiums.

In an Instagram post on Friday, 17 January 2020, MiWay Life stated, “High cholesterol levels can put your health at risk by increasing your risk of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, and heart disease. Here are things that may be spiking your cholesterol.” The blog post shared tips such as exercising, changing one’s diet, and quitting smoking. The health changes can then lower customers’ monthly premiums.
