Standard Bank announces technical issues at ATMs and on the mobile app

Standard Bank confirms internet banking technical issues have been resolved

Standard Bank has notified customers that it is attending to the technical issues experienced by customers trying to access various features on its mobile app and ATMs.

In a Twitter post today, 12 February 2020, Standard Bank stated, “Our Instant Money, prepaid electricity & Lotto services are currently unavailable on our ATMs, banking app, internet and cellphone banking services. We are sorting this out.” Standard Bank provided an update an hour later, reaffirming that the issue is being attended to, however, no time of restoration was provided.
