The Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch cast may have disappeared from our screens more than a year ago but Duane Ollinger, his son, Chad, and the rest of the team, are still busy uncovering all the mysteries at the property off-screen.
Moreover, the show may be returning to Discovery for a third season very soon.

Duane Ollinger and his son, Chad Ollinger, do not only star in one of the History Channel’s newest treasure-hunting shows, Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch, but they actually own the 160-acre ranch which is at the center of the show, in real life.
However, now that the show has been on a hiatus for over a year, many fans have been left wondering what happened to its star. Fortunately, recent updates from Duane’s Instagram page confirm that he is still alive and well.
And of course, in true Duane-fashion, he is still heading up the various excavation and exploration projects at the Blind Frog Ranch in the hopes that they may lead the team to the treasure which is rumored to be buried somewhere beneath the surface.
What did Duane Ollinger do before Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch?
Before Duane became known for his role in uncovering the mysteries surrounding the Blind Frog Ranch treasures (and all of the supernatural occurrences that the show and its cast have stumbled into), Duane had built up his savings with a long career in the High Risk Oil industry as a contractor. He had even been a Rancher for a short while.
Will there be a season three of Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch?
Although Discovery has not officially confirmed whether Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch has been renewed yet, Duane did confirm in an Instagram post from July 2, 2023 that the filming of season three would wrap at the end of the month.
Furthermore, a video of Duane that was posted on the Blind Frog Ranch Instagram page on July 29 confirmed that they had finished filming right on schedule. So, it is likely just a matter of time before this new season starts airing.

The fact that season three of Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch is already in the works is not the only behind-the-scenes detail that Duane has revealed on Instagram.
In fact, if his most recent posts are anything to go by, fans can possibly look forward to Duane sporting an entirely new, short-hair and clean-shaven look when this season finally does air.
