Big Chief from Street Outlaws: America’s List is believed to have left due to conflict with fellow cast member, Precious Cooper, which contradicts his own official statement.
Street Outlaws: America’s List is the drag racing reality format show that premiered in 2021. The show is credited with highlighting drag racing and introducing the sport into the mainstream.
Most notably, Justin Shearer, popularly known as Big Chief, starred in the show. As such, fans were surprised when the reality star confirmed that he was not returning to the show for the latest season.
While Big Chief suggested his non-return was due to his overloaded schedule, fans believe that the real reason for his exit was the antagonism between Shearer and fellow cast member Precious Cooper.

Why is Big Chief not on Street Outlaws: America’s List?
Prior to the second season of Street Outlaws: America’s List, which premiered in March 2022, there were already reports that confirmed that Big Chief was not going to be part of the show’s latest season.
The official word on the matter was that the personality, credited with inspiring the idea of the show, was not returning due to personal reasons. This included the fact that he allegedly wanted to focus on his family and working at his workshop.
But fans and insiders suggested that the official word was a media spin after the supposed falling out between Big Chief and fellow cast member, Precious Cooper.
The two are believed to have had a disagreement that resulted in Big Chief deciding to sit out the new season, despite the fact that he is, arguably, the frontman of the show.
The antagonism between the two is believed to have started on the first night of shooting, when Precious was not happy with the rules set out.
This resulted in an argument between the two, and Big Chief’s subsequent exit from the season. However, all of this is based on speculation that has not been confirmed by either one of the parties or the channel that airs the show.
The only official word was shared by Big Chief’s partner, Jackie Braasch.
Jackie Braasch’s suggestive post on Big Chief’s exit
Jackie Braasch is Big Chief’s long-term girlfriend and business partner and they run their car workshop together.
When Big Chief stepped down from America’s List, she shared an Instagram post supporting suggestions that he stepped down to focus on his family and workshop by writing in part, “Building your own shit is so rewarding, but it makes you realize that every little detail matters.”
She added, “And I am incredibly grateful that even though it takes longer to do, Justin helps me do it. We have realized that nothing in life is worth doing, unless you are willing to put 1000% into it…”
What is Big Chief doing now?
In light of his exit from Street Outlaws: America’s List, Big Chief has continued to work on growing his workshop.
Moreover, he continues to share drag racing, car improvement, and review videos on YouTube.
Big Chief has a popular YouTube channel called Midwest Street Cars, with over 348 000 subscribers. He posts, on average, a single video every week. The channel currently boasts over 33.8 million views since it was started in December 2013.
Will Big Chief return for Street Outlaws: America’s List season 3?
Since season two of Street Outlaws: America’s List is still ongoing with the twelfth episode having aired on Monday, 6 June 2022, news of whether there will be a third season has not been confirmed.
In light of this, there is no way of knowing whether Big Chief will return for a third season if it is greenlit.
However, if he does not return, it would corroborate suggestions of animosity rather than the official “personal reasons” he shared as his reason for stepping away from the show.
